Revenue
Audit
We analyze your property’s sales strategy to understand what works, what can be improved, and where to intervene.

A snapshot of your Revenue strategy.
The Revenue Audit is an in-depth analysis of the commercial and distribution strategy of the accommodation facility. We study data, historical records, and sales trends to verify whether rates, availability, restrictions, policies, and sales channels are consistent with objectives and demand patterns.
We don’t simply highlight potential issues: at the end of the analysis, we identify improvement opportunities and define recommended interventions, providing the property with concrete guidance on the actions to undertake.
What we analyze
The analysis is tailored to the property’s characteristics and may include:
- booking trends and historical data;
- rates and price differentiation;
- occupancy and pace of sales;
- availability and restrictions;
- cancellation policies;
- room or accommodation types and classifications;
- Booking Engine and reservation flow;
- OTAs and other distribution channels;
- terms and differences between direct and intermediated sales;
- key KPIs and available data;
- PMS, RMS, and tools used by the property.
The objective is to understand whether the property is selling the right product, at the right price, through the right channels, and with terms consistent with its commercial strategy.
What to do after the audit?
The Revenue Audit can conclude with the analysis and actionable recommendations or become the starting point for an advisory support program.
